Changing posting details after payment
Sold my item, but it’s come up with courier will collect from me and they’ll have label. I need to change this to print label at drop off point as I’m not home during the day.
On messages, eBay says they’ll deal directly with the buyer on delivery options, so what do I have to do?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you can't change to print label cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list, and relist with the postage options you want for them to buy again.

OP3 weeks agoI don’t know how to change to print label.
I’m fairly new to this and have only ever used a drop off point or locker. Where is this drop down menu. Please be much clearer.
