Changing postage to collection in person
My buyer would like to collect item in person as they live locally. I am happy to do this, but don’t know how to change so buyer gets a code as I know I have to confirm to say collection has taken place.
Grateful for advice.

Mentor4 months agoCancel (and refund if they've paid) the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist as collection for the buyer to buy again.
