Changing pay out details
Good evening,
I’ve got an old bank account as my pay out account. I don’t have access to the account anymore and it won’t let me add a new account until I put the account number. It won’t let me change please help.

Mentor3 weeks agoCan you go to your bank and see if they can pull up those details for you?
They may not be willing to part with such details on the phone even with security questions, but you could try.

Mentor3 weeks agoUpdate the account with UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website) on file in order to send, receive and request payments ? --- Best use a PC/Laptop to make changes --- can take a few days to verify. >
