Changing ownership
The account is currently registered in another person's name, but I have been managing the business and the listings. Is there any official way to transfer ownership of the account to my name, or update the account ownership while keeping the account active?

This account is private.
Correct way is to open an ebay businesss account & start trading under your own business name.
