Changing from delivery to collection

Question

Hello - somebody placed an order and selected delivery, which was ok. However, they now want to collect in person, which I am happy to do. Does anybody know how I can change the order to allow for this, or flag the order as collected, because I only get options to confirm dispatch etc. Thanks

For a collection item it is essential to receive a collection code from the buyer as this is the only proof the item will be collected when you scan this . Presently this is not possible so, you need to cancel the order with the buyer's permission, relist as a Collection item only, for the buyer to buy and pay again.

Cancelling the orders citing Buyer Requests to Cancel, fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.

For the unused Simple Delivery labels, a refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
