Changing DHL collection

Hello there

EBay has listed my old work address as the collection point for a DHL item I am sending.

I realise I should have been more attentive.

Is there any way of changing or cancelling this label. Or if I do not use it and go to the post office and send separately will I be refunded?

Once the collection has been booked there isn't a way to amend the address. Please reach out to customer support through the contact us option here and have them review the details to see if a re-booking of collection is possible.
