Changing delivery type from postage to pick up
Hi I've sold an item as it being delivery.But when looking at where the parcel is going it would be better for me just to deliver the item myself. I've asked the buyer of said item and said it was ok to do so. The problem is that the buyer has already paid for the item as shipping so how would I be able to receive my funds after the item would be sent to them through collection.

Mentor6 months agoThe best way forward because for a collection ( personally delivered) item, you do need that all important collection code, this is your only proof of collection, is to cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, this fully refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected. Cancel citing ' Buyer Requests to Cancel'.
Relist as a Collection only option for the buyer to buy and pay again.
When delivering the item make sure they give you this collection code to scan , do not leave the item without this code.
