Changing collection to posting after purchase made.

Question

I pressed the wrong button when trying to post an item . Now EBay expects it to be collected instead . The item is already sent and I cannot change it fron collection to free delivery

I understand then, that you used your own postage , correct ?

You cannot now add any new tracking, eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details.

If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.

Your payout for the item will be held for a minimum of 14 days.
