Changing a collection address
I have sold an item, and it’s being collected by a courier but they have been sent my old address - how do I update the courier ?
I have now updated on eBay

I would suggest cancelling sale relisting with correct info.
If buyer does not collect in person but sends their own courier, this I believe invalidates the money back guarantee, but for your own security before releasing goods to a courier, you must get the code supplied to buyer as that is the only proof of delivery you will get.
