I received this email on the 8th July 2026, it is clear as to the intention of withholding my funds but very vague as to timescales or what I need to do to rectify the issue which is also unclear. Any idea how long this period will be for?
"We've detected unusual selling activity on your account. To maintain marketplace safety, funds earned from your sales will be available for payout within 2 days after delivery confirmation of the item. After we've seen ongoing confirmation of successful deliveries, you'll start receiving your funds 2 days after the buyer pays. This applies to both new transactions and previously undistributed funds tied to undelivered orders."

Mentor3 weeks agoLooking at feedback, you have issues with delivering items on time.
I am guessing you are drop shipping from outside UK, as you have a long delivery times.
Only Ebay can give you more info, but often CS don't know themselves.
