Change reason for return
I want to return an item. I clicked on the 'item does not match description' box, and the next screen is 'Anything else to share?', requesting further details. I do not want to do all of this, so I want to change the reason for return to something else. But now every time I view the item and click on 'More actions' and 'Return this item', I am taken automatically to the same 'Item didn't match description. Anything else to share?' screen. I seem to be locked into this with no way of changing it. Please help!

Mentor7 months agoJust leave it at that reason. You can't change it and if you cancel the return you can't open another.
You can just put something very simple in the box.
