Change postage to collection
How do I change a postage to a collection. I have sold a large item which is being collected but put to post it by mistake. Now the seller won't get a code when they collect

Mentor1 month agoYou might find that you need to edit your postage policy to include collection. It was all so simple until ebay “improved “ everything.

Mentor1 month agoIt's best to cancel the transaction with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for it on your orders list, and relist as collection for the buyer to buy again.
