Change postage after item sold
Hi , I’ve just sold a item and just realised the postage weight is wrong and I’ve already been sent a postage label, how do I go about changing the postage and getting a new label, my new weight is 30kg

Mentor2 months agoYou'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
"Bulky parcel" goes up to 120 x 80 x 80 cm, and up to 30kg. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it's an option.
Or you could use "Oversized" to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That also depends on category. If you select it click on Add Primary Service and enter postage cost. It has to be done on a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
