Change parcel size
I’ve just sold an item but need to change it from a medium parcel to large parcel but can’t see a way to do that?

Mentor6 months agoYou can't change a Simple Delivery label. If you made the mistake with the size you should cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
The alternative would be to buy and pay for the postage yourself outside of ebay.
