Change of tracking number
Hi, I need to change the tracking number for an item. But the instructions eBay gives I don’t have those options. Please can anyone help as I don’t think I’ll get paid otherwise

Mentor1 month agoYou can't change tracking number these days if you don't use Simple Delivery. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days, or as a new seller for 30 days but you will get it.
