Change of delivery address for a dispatched parcel
How can I change the delivery address for a parcel that has already been dispatched. I want to use a new address now the parcel was sent to an old address using royal mail.

Mentor11 months agoI doubt that anything can be done, once in the post, why would Royal Mail allow the delivery address to be changed, it could anyone asking, not just seller or buyer.
When you purchase and buy, the delivery address is shown up to you to change at that point.
You will just have to hope it goes back to seller, who will want you to pay for postage again.

Mentor11 months agoJust to add to the advice given, if you have the wrong address on your eBay account, you need to change and correct it now.
There are 5 addresses which need to be corrected

Mentor11 months agoI doubt you can change address completely but you may be able to change it collect or neighbour. Put the tracking number into the RM website tracking and see if they have any options.
