Change of card for refund
I am returning some goods. The refund is being directed to the card used for the purchase, but this card is no longer active. I have already changed the card registered for payments. The new card was not offered as an option in the refund process. How can I help ebay to direct the refund to an active card (or bank account)?

Thank you for your post.
Refunds always go back to the original payment source. You'll have to contact your bank or credit card provider directly to see how they handle pending refunds. We've found that most card companies/banks make sure the refund goes to the new account.
