Mentor7 months agoThe best way forward here is to cancel the order and relist with a collection only option, so that when the buyer buys again and pays , they get that very important collection code, which they must give you on collection, do not let the item go without this.
Message the buyer explaining this , and that if they agree, you can can cancel and relist , this refunds them , and they buy and pay again.
You must select Buyer Requests to cancel, as this does not affect your seller performance.
