change from collection to postage
hello, i have sold an item that i listed for collection but the purchaser requested i posted. how do i change the listing on the item on my account as whilst i have posted it and sent the buyer the item, ebay is still showing (and reminding me) that the item still needs to be dispatched. thanks very much

Mentor11 months agoYou can't add the postage tracking number if it was listed as collection only. Ask the buyer to send you the QR code they will have received when they paid and add that. See "Proof of collection" on here:
