Change from collection in person to posting afterr it has been sold

I have sold an item that was advertised as collection in person. The buyer missed this and I have posted the item to her following her arranging the postage. I cannot change this on the listing to show the change of delivery option. How can I do this please

Can't be done. you should have cancelled the original collection sale and relisted with postage for the buyer.

You will have to wait minimum 14 days for payment but can ask the buyer for the collection code which could make this faster
