change email problem
I have recently had my microsoft account locked due to a hacker changing my passwordand now my normal email won't work. I have tried to change my email in ebay to my gmail account but ebay says that email is in use . How do iget round this or does anyone know a UK phone number for ebay support. Cheers

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need to use a new email one not in use, if this is still causing a problem it may, if your account was hacked, then you do need to speak to Customer Services.
It's not easy to get hold of Customer Services, you need to go top left of your eBay page to Help & Contact, and keep typing in... ' I wish to speak to an agent' you should eventually get through.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou will need to obtain a new email address --- cannot reuse a previously filed email.
