Change delivery method
I have sold an item and printed off the label which comes up as Royal Mail but the item is too long to use this service. How do I cancel and recreate using a different delivery method?

Mentor6 months agoCancel transaction with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list. Then relist with correct postage.

OP6 months agoThank you however I cannot see the drop-down arrow sorry I’m new to this but this is what I get when I go into the order
