Change courier after sale
Hi, I have sold an item that is longer and heavier than expected.
It is currently set for royal mail. How can i change it to select evri as the courier please?

Mentor1 month agoIt is very important to get method and cost of postage correct on your listing, and not find that guesswork has it all wrong and it is going to cost you a lot more than buyer is paying, as you cannot ask for more.

Mentor1 month agoAssuming it's Simple Delivery you can't change courier. Unless you want to buy the postage yiourself you'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
