Change a paid order from postage to collection

I need to change a paid order I’m selling to collection from postage paid.

You have two options, you let the buyer collect but you wont be able to mark thus, unless set up in your original listing as they will not have the collection code to hand to you. This will mean your payment will be delayed to 14 days.

Correctly if this is the case you are best to cancel the order, re list with collection only to get this code (buyer gets code) to hand to you.

In all honesty if the buyer has paid it may be a lot easier to send via postal system. It avoids any hassle as above.
