OP2 weeks agoOk I have checked and global shipping is switched on , could reason be that they are a new member and only joined 2 august?

Mentor2 weeks agoNo it’s nothing to do with it.like @papso22 mentions I also cannot see a good mixer for sale. I’d also be wary if an electrical one as obviously Romania operates on the two pin round plugs and 230v/50hz.

Mentor2 weeks agoLooking at one of your listings, you appear to only post to the UK, there is no mention of Global Shipping and no overseas postage.
While a buyer outside the UK may be able to buy, they cannot pay unless you send an invoice with shipping cost.

Mentor2 weeks agoDo you have postage to Romania set up on the listing together with a cost? Buyers can't pay unless they have a postage cost, which might need to be invoiced to them.
