Challenges with eBay's 18+ Shipping Policy on Non-Sharp Items
More 'Not fit for purpose' bot decisions on un-bladed non sharp items that need to be sent 18+ shipping, because ebay says they are something that they are not. Staff incapable of resolving, and making selling near on impossible with perfectly legal & legitimate listings being removed .
Is there anyone that knows how to get ebay to actually assess products properly rather than accusing us of listing forbidden items?

Mentor3 months agoWhilst ebay take a simplistic carpet ban to it all and I have seen other numerous other posts on this, with the most worrying being a jigsaw puzzle falling foul because of the word jigsaw!
eBay are bound by the UK law of the weapons act of 2019, which doesn't always help but does an age verification service on mail help? (I know it may not be neccessary on all)
The problem you are always going to get is that most eBay staff are based overseas, and will not know English law and requirements.
