Categories missing when researching sold items on "Research Products" (Terapeak)
When using Research Products (previously called Terapeak) and you need to specify categories to narrow down your answers, some seem to be missing. I sell sports memorabilia and most of those categories are missing. So, when you click "Select A Different Category" to narrow down your search, at the bottom it will have "Sports Mem, Fan & Card Shop". Now, this is the USA version of sports memorabilia I believe, and it only shows cards, stickers etc, but not football programmes and other football memorabilia, like badges etc etc. They simply are not there.
This has happened sometime this week as it was working as normal a few days ago. Anyone help me with this? This Research Products function is extremely important
