Catch 22
Hi im in a catch 22 situation. I returned an item to the seller sent 4 messages photo of postage and tracking number. No response from the seller.
The Royal mail has lost the item I can not claim compensation as I'm not the owner of the returns lable and the seller needs to claim from royal mail.
Ebay will not allow me to ask them to intervene as the item is showing not delived to the seller.
Seller has not responded any of my messages what can i do ?

Does it say somewhere on the RM website that the item has got lost?

OP1 week agoNo it's says at Peterborough MC however that was 10 days ago and they will not discuss with me as I'm not the label owner RM advises me to contact the seller advise them to raise a claim however the seller does not reply to any messages

Mentor1 week agoCan you confirm that this was a label provided via an eBay return, where tracking was automatically uploaded and it shows as being in transit in the return case details?
