Cash on collection
I sold an item and the buyer picked it up yesterday and paid with cash. How to I notify ebay about the transaction so they can close the sale?

Mentor1 month agoYou can't. We're supposed to only accept online payment for collection items these days. If it's still listed you can end it via the dropdown menu arrow for it on your selling list. If the buyer is getting reminders to pay all you can do is cancel the transaction.

Mentor1 month agoCash on collection is not allowed, so there is no way to mark as paid or collected. Payment options are shown on every listing, you are supposed to read and use what is allowed.
Buyer buys and pays, only then should you exchange contact details..
