Hello,I need help with an eBay case that was incorrectly classified as a standard return.This order was a SPLIT SHIPMENT / PARTIAL DELIVERY.I ordered 4 items in total.So far:- I have received 3 out of 4 items- 1 item is still missing- Because the seller split the shipment into multiple packages, I was charged USD $60 in additional import taxesThe case was automatically marked as “return approved”, but I do NOT want to return the items I already received.This is not a return situation, it is a partial delivery / missing item case.I am requesting:1) The case to be corrected to PARTIAL DELIVERY / ITEM NOT RECEIVED2) Removal of the return requirement3) Guidance on reimbursement of the extra import fees caused by the split shipmentI cannot take phone calls and need this handled in writing.Thank you for your help.
