Car sold , but buyer then offered less
Put my car on buy it now, was only on 5 mins , when someone bought it . They then started to bid me less. I had to cancel the sale , but I’m annoyed that I paid £14.99 for 5 mins, because they were messing about . Is it possible to actually talk to customer services?

Mentor2 months agoIn addition to @tressygirl advice to use a classified ad you must cancel the original sale as buyer not paid to get the final selling fee refunded

Mentor2 months agoI'm afraid CS won't help you here, as listing fees are not refundable , they're payable sale of no sale. It would be the same if you listed your car in your local paper, and it didn't sell, the paper would not refund you, your advertising fees.
Look to relisting your car in a Classified as format, most would agree it's the best format to sell a car on eBay. It is a little more expensive, but you could, if you wish, add all listing fees to the starting price of your car.
Here's all you need to know about Selling with classified ads: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/listings/listing-tips/selling-classified-ads?id=4167&st=12&pos=1&query=Selling%20with%20Classified%20Ads&intent=4167
