Mentor1 month agoStart a return via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. Use the reason "Item didn't match description". If necessary escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.

Mentor1 month agoYou need to familiarise yourself with the money back guarantee, which is Ebay's buyer protection programme.
You then need to open a return case, not a case for item not received.
