Car part is faulty
Hi,
I ordered car pats I'm May and install car parts around two months ago. I done full services and garage mechanic let me know a part is faulty. I contacted with seller and sent pictures for proof. He accepted the parts is faulty and parts are out of stock and he can't replace.
Still out of stock after four weeks. MOT is close and I can't wait longer.
Parts have 5 years warranty
I try to report it on eBay but ther no option after 90 days

Mentor11 months agoSadly you're out of time with eBay (30 days) and your card provider if you paid with a debit or credit card (120 days).
Is your seller a UK registered business seller?
If so, and you have copies of your purchases in which it states there's a 5 year warranty, you may want to speak with Citizens Advice about this.
