Cant withdraw money and account didnot restore even got email to eeverythink is sortout

Hi there
From start of agust my account is on hold i completed verification everything still my account is in same condition i have 83£ on my payout but when i try to withdraw they said resolve open issue send me msges and there is nothing to do i called lots of time they said we will see you did everythink need to wait 24 hours for restart i wait after 5 days again i called them nut they said somebody will get in touch but still waiting nobody called me restore my account even i got email my account is restored i got that email on 9th agust but still my account is not restore

Mentor1 week agoIt may be you have a hold on monies as the account is new to selling. These can be upto 30 days.

OP1 week agoi am oky with this but i cant list any item it says
eBay Error: The item can not be listed or modified due to violation of the eBay selling policy or a restriction on your eBay account. Please read the article for more information and solutions.and when i try to resolve it says nothing to resolve and when i called them they said there is noting to do no restrictions nothing need to do .

Member leaving feedback makes no reference to problems so you should contact and send a Feedback Revision Request.

Mentor1 week agoIt's very frustrating for you I agree, but nothing anyone here can help you with as access to your account is needed, and for that you do need to speak to CS..
Unfortunately, you will receive different and sometimes unhelpful replies from agents so all I can suggest is to contact CS at 8 a.m. on a weekday as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.

OP1 week agoI called them and they said in their rent there is no problem with the account no restriction nothing but I am worried I can’t be able to list anything. I can’t do anything with the account. I can’t withdraw my money but they said in there and there is nothing to resolve what I have to do now they escalated me into the off-line team but I don’t know what they will do and should they be able to do something for me or not??
