Cant withdraw available funds

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

Having problem withdrawing available funds. Just going around and around in a loop with no explanation as to why it’s not working. The funds are there from sales made and I have logged in successfully but still doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Apologies, I have just seen your question has been unanswered.

Has the issue been resolved? Have you been able to withdraw your payout.

If not , it may be worth trying from a different device or browser.

A laptop / PC with Chrome is a good combo and seems to work best with eBay. Clear cache and cookies and try from there.

Thanks, that’s exactly what I did in the end. Tried on the app with iPad and couldn’t get any joy, then decided to try on my phone and it worked first time. Annoying but got there in the end.

You're welcome, and it's always worth remembering the app is very limited . OK for some basic selling and buying, but if you wish all options and features, then best use a desktop browser!
