Can't upload a short .mp4 video to a listing
Although my short 42 seconds-long video is in .mp4 format, I constantly receive an automated message after trying to upload it to my listing telling me that has not been uploaded because it is in the wrong format. I don't understand this. Can anyone help please.?Thank you.

Mentor7 months agoHopefully, the link below which is from an eBay help page, will help it explains how to add a video to your listing.
It used to be the case you had to add a photo first, not sure if this is till so now, but worth a shot.
Also, always worth trying these things on a laptop / PC Chrome works well too, and not an app or mobile browser.
The video should be .mp4 or .mov with a 150MB limit, or about one minute long -
