You can contact them directly using their email, not through ebay.

Mentor5 months agoOpen ebay case and send photo through it.
You have 30 days to open case, escalate within 30 days, earliest you can escalate is on day 4.
Don't let seller stop you doing this.

Mentor5 months agoIf it's still within 30 days of deivery open a case on ebay and get a refund the correct way. So start a return on here:

select "Item doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

OP5 months agoit 11 months seller wants picture of tester but it says I may be trying to
send contact info ?

Mentor5 months agoWay out of time for an eBay within 30 days case and your Bank/Card issuer is unlikely to help --- now between Seller /Yourself/Battery Maker Warranty. Seek Citizens Advice /Trading Standards advice.
