Can’t send item as it’s furniture to be put in a small parcel and doesn’t fit!!!!
How can you post a dining chair into a small parcel that ebay has arranged and can’t speak to a human and getting abuse from the buyer???

Mentor1 month agoFor a large piece of furniture it's always best to list it as collection only. It may reduce your number of buyers, but at least removes this headache of ' posting'.
Annoyingly, the system is not allowing me at the moment, to view your sold items so I cannot check the postage details you had on your listing. If there was a postage cost, the buyer will expect it to be sent, and you could ignore that postage and use a courier, but of course cannot charge any extra postage costs now.
You would probably face bad feedback but personally, I would send a very apologetic message to the buyer explaining there was an error in the listing, it should have been listed as collection only.
You need to cancel the listing preferably with their agreement ( this then will not affect your seller performance), this will fully refund them and the item can be relisted correctly.
