Can’t request help from eBay with return
Bought some shoes which turned out to be the wrong size. I requested a return but the seller closed this down with comment saying they don’t accept returns. I am trying to get eBay to step in but the system will not take me to the request for this.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the seller has a private account they can refuse change of mind returns , which is what 'doesn't fit' counts as.
If they were not the advertised size you should have opened a return for 'not as described' then ebay would have helped.
Your return is closed now so that's it.
