Cant get refund on delivery as not showing delivered, paid over 2 weeks ago
I paid for an item on the 5th. Item arrived on the 10th. Still not showing delivered with ebay. I need a refund on the shipment, as agreed with seller. Item marked delivered with delivery company. Seller cant give refund until marked delivered. What am I supposed to do? Iv been waiting for ebay system to update, but it hasn’t.

Mentor10 months agoIs it just a partial refund, the shipment cost that you're waiting for, that the seller agrees to?
Then, they can make this now , no problem.
They just need to go to the item sold then to More Actions >> Refund this item, and add the amount of refund they wish to make.
