Can’t fix the issue that’s holding my money

Question

I sold an item and this is unrelated from the actual sale it’s cause I had 2 listings taken down by eBay. It says resolve issue whenever I click that I get sent to a sight which says try again every time the Ai didn’t help so I’m pretty much stuck since I can’t fix the issue that’s causing my money to be be held can’t even delete the actual listing
