Can't Find the return postage label

Hi all, I have agreed with the seller to return an item (not as advertised) and submitted a return request. I have now received a message from eBay requesting that I print the postage label and send the item back.
When I follow the "Print postage label" link in the message there is no label to print. I also tried to locate the return label via purchase history; Returns and cancelled order; View return details. And again, there is no option to print a label.
Any help would be gratefully received.
