Can't find return label
Hey, does anyone know how to get my return label from eBay? They’re impossible to reach, and customer service is nonexistent!
I’ve tried emailing for the return label like 20 times, but I keep getting the same message about emailing for the label. It says free return, but there’s no label! Thanks!

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you've opened a return because you've received an item that's not as described then the seller should have issued you with a label (unless its an International transaction).
If the seller hasn't issued you with a label then after 3 business days you'll see an option in the return case details to ask eBay to step in.

OP3 weeks agoThanks its says in the return section , "started" next " post for free by 24th" next " refund by 28th august"
Once Parcelforce scans your item, we'll issue your refund.
Print your free label and send the item back by 24 Aug.
Button for email label i push this a then I see message in email

When i press print label it takes me back to original message returns as in above and there is no label
