Cant edit my personal info

Hi, I’m unable to edit my personal account details, specifically my date of birth. When I created my account around 2 years ago, I mistakenly entered the wrong date of birth.
I am now trying to correct it, but the option to change my date of birth is not available in my account settings.
I have been attempting to contact eBay customer support for the past 3–4 months, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a resolution.
I also have a seller account linked to this profile, although I haven’t listed any items yet.
Could you please guide me on the best way to update my correct date of birth or advise on what steps I should take next to resolve this issue?

Some options cannot be managed when using the app, so if using this, switch if you can to a laptop / PC no harm clearing cache and cookies, and try Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay.

Date of birth on the above link only seems to show up on some browsers, eg. Chromium and not Firefox.
If not, if it's the ID you're using here you could just start another account. Log out of this one, clear cookies or use a different browser, and register again using a different email address.
