Can't contact private buyer .

I said the word "sold" in email to buyer and eBay blocked me from sending another email to person. I didn't know that it wasn't allowed to say that word. How can I contact buyer again

You don't need to contact the buyer. They get all the info they need from ebay after they've paid for the item. You can add any info the buyer needed to your listing description using the revise link, top left of listing.
