Can't contact ebay

Question

I brought 12 items that were out of date i was told to return them for replacements. I returned them and have not received my replacements and the seller is ignoring my messages. There is no way to contact ebay and im out a lot of money with no help from ebay

Seller has fooled you into not only paying for return, by not doing it through a proper ebay return case, you are now likely to just lose your money.

You cannot claim not received and you cannot now open a return case for not as described as you have nothing to return.

It does pay to read the information available on ebay rather than do what seller tells you..

Did you read the eBay money back gaurantee, and did you follow this? This is the help you need from eBay and its clearly on every item (bar motor vehicles) that is offered. So eBay do help.

It sounds as though you haven't. You should have opened an item not as described this would have forced the seller to supply the label and if they didn't refund after three days of receipt that you could force the refund through in your favour.
