Can’t change bank account for payout

Hi,I recently switched banks and can’t get EBay to accept new account , I go through all the processes and when I get to final page I just get the wheel of death.

We have no access to your account but I read this, its usually name registered here (on ebay) has to be the same as the name of the bank account.
