I AM A SELLER . I had a parcel which was a standard Evri delivery. I packed it up, took the post office, and the post office said too big and Evri most likely won't collect. Checked with another drop-off shop and said the same .So I cancelled, but the ref number still shows as not used. No alternative given. Now I am told by eBay that I have to wait 30 days before the label can be refunded as not used, so I can't get paid even though I have sent a parcel paid for by myself to the buyer via Parcelforce . Evri doesn't answer phones, so no way to contact them. Surely, as not used and delivered, I can get paid, as this is ridiculous. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
