Cant add tracking reference

Any ideas how i can add trackibg reference to a sold item? I have tried goung from order and looking for the add tracking reference option, but it isnt there.Just need to speak to a person!

You do not need to speak to anyone, if you are using SIMPLE DELIVERY tracking is added automatically and buyer advised.

If not using Simple Delivery then you add tracking at time of marking as dispatched, one of the options in drop down menu is ADD TRACKING.

Suggest you read about Simple Delivery all information is available without the need to spend hours trying to speak to an agent.
