Cannot type or respond into chat help system
Hi! I need help for my chat help system. It seems to be a technical issue I cannot type or respond on the chat board. I already tried on both App and webpage, the situation is the same. Please help me out asap, as I need to ask agent to help with a refund request. Thank you!

OP10 months agoMy issue not about refund. Is the chat board doesn’t work in any ways and I want to fix it.

Mentor10 months agoPlease come back and explain the issue ( not the chat board issue), but the issue you are trying to solve with eBay, explain it here, to us, there are many very experienced members happy to help you.
